Darby Byrd is the principal photographer at DFWfinearts. He primarily shoots weddings and portraits in his studio and the greater Fort Worth area and occasionally takes travel and destination assignments. He enjoys the festive, upbeat atmosphere of wedding photography as well as the slower paced, artistic portrait photography. In addition to the standard wedding images, he especially loves candid shots that capture your special day in a true to the moment form. For fun and relaxation, Darby also loves photography as fine art, specializing in black and white images and landscape photography. Darby is an active member of Professional Photographers of America, a certified professional photographer, a member of the Texas Professional Photographers Association and got his start at Fort Worth Camera club. Darby’s passion for photography is apparent in his images. Darby teaches photography classes and is a contest judge for local camera clubs.
